PLC Strategies is a consulting service specializing in Fractional CMO services, which means we assist businesses in creating effective marketing strategies for bringing their products and services to market.
Founded in 2004, PLC Strategies has been working with clients around the globe with their IT strategies and implementation. What began as pre-Discovery and laying out the foundation for corporate information governance and records management, transitioned into Post Litigation Compliance. As companies became more technologically sophisticated in employing retention schedules for both physical and electronically generated documents, content, email and social media, what became apparent was the gap post litigation. PLC Strategies was created specifically to help the General Counsel to ensure whatever changes are proposed are viable within the specified timeframes. In addition, PLC Strategies knows how to navigate the IT and Operations of a large complex corporation to instill the changes that are necessary to comply with the terms of a consent decree and avoid any further sanctions by the court or other governing bodies.
We at PLC Strategies know that finding the right organization to help you ensure your company meets the terms of the consent decree, is a choice not to be taken lightly. That’s why we offer free consultations to walk you through your needs, the scope of your goals, and your budget.
